• Database: Data is stored in Convex, a cloud-hosted database that encrypts all data at rest using AES-256 encryption.
• Hosting: The application is hosted on Vercel with automatic HTTPS enforcement and TLS 1.2+ on all connections.
• Authentication: Access is restricted to authorized users via Google OAuth with an email allowlist. Session cookies are secured with HttpOnly, Secure, and SameSite flags.
• API Security: All sensitive API endpoints require authentication. OAuth tokens are protected and never exposed to client-side code.

Data Retention

Financial records and transaction data are retained in accordance with applicable federal and New York state requirements. Operational data such as work order history and communication logs are retained for the duration of active property management operations. Data may be deleted upon request, subject to legal retention requirements.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share personal information or financial data with any third parties outside of the integrated services listed above. All data processed by our portal is used exclusively for the benefit of Communio Properties and its managed properties.
